The Nashville area real estate market is showing signs of life early this year. In January I noticed a tremendous increase in appointments being booked through The Appointment Desk indicating that buyers are looking. Now we are seeing results in the form of pending contracts flooding into our offices. This traffic is sooner than normal for this time of year and a welcome start to 2008.
